從首次聯絡、預約安排，以至面診及手術當天，將由專人協助您與診所之間的溝通及相關安排。請於下方留下您的資料。收到申請後，我們將個別與您聯絡。

為確保有充足時間為您安排，敬請於希望預約日的 2 週至 1.5 個月前提交申請。​按此了解服務。

  • 服務費用將於正式安排預約時收取。

  • 如希望安排手術，診所將預先收取部分手術費用作為訂金。

  • 視療程內容而定，醫生可能會請您事前提供照片作確認。

  • Please ensure your email address is correct.

  • The service fee is collected upon appointment arrangement.

  • The clinic may collect a portion of the surgery fee as a deposit to secure your procedure date.

  • Depending on the treatment, the doctor may ask you to provide photos in advance for review.
